Registration preference is given to educators in Iowa's 1:1 laptop districts until February 6, after which additional registrations will be accepted. There are some new structures that we are implementing this year to strengthen the Institute and help ensure its long-term viability. Two changes for this year are:
- Registration fee. There will be a registration fee of $50/person this year. Schools also can inquire about a group discount if they are sending groups of more than 10. Email Kevin Flora (kevinflorauk@gmail.com) for more details.
- Session presenters. We will waive the registration fee for the lead presenter at each session. Session proposals can be submitted here.
Register to attend the institute as soon as possible. Although we potentially have room for more attendees this year, we currently are planning for a 500-participant Institute. If enough presenters and participants sign-up early enough, we will reserve additional space.
